The Tournoi de Dubai is an inter-airline football tournament which will be held in Dubai on 21-22 February 2002 at the Emirates Golf Club.

Now in it’s sixth year, the Reebok Tournoi has grown in size and popularity each year.  Twelve teams are anticipated to join this years event. They include teams from Emirates, British Airways, bmi (British midland) finance, Air 2000, bmi marketing, Britannia, Mercator and others will be participating for the prestigious Tournoi Trophy.

The event was originally scheduled for October 2001, however, due to the difficulties facing the airline industry, was postponed to 2002.

As well as being a serious football competition, the event is characterised by good nature and camaraderie between the players.

Britannia and Air 2000 joined the competition for the first time in 2000 putting in very strong inaugural performances. Indeed Britannia were so good they won the event without losing a single game.
